Uprightness
“His countenance doth behold the upright”
Psalm 11:7
The upright will know the joy of God’s gaze. Uprightness of heart is found in living right and doing right. The true disciple quickly forgives others and seeks forgiveness from others; the result is the peace of God within. Uprightness is simply living free from the stain of envy, jealously, bias and compromise. It is the freedom which comes to those who abide in Christ.
“And ye shall know the truth,
and the truth shall make you free”
